Contingency Search

This is by far our most popular method of staffing. A contingency search agreement between hiring company and Madison Wells stipulates that Madison Wells will employ resources "at Madison Wells' discretion" to locate desired talent. A contingent fee typically represents a percentage of first year earnings applied at point of hire.

Retained Search

Unlike contingency searches, retained searches represent a commitment from both sides. An initial payment begins the process, with additional payments due upon meeting specified search goals and ultimately staffing the desired candidate. Typically Madison Wells launches confidential retained searches to fill high profile posts such as: "C" Level Executives, General Managers and Executive Vice Presidents.
