Alex Bell is the founder and Managing Director of Madison Wells, and an executive recruiter specializing in the placement of market research and marketing analytics professionals. Alex began his recruiting career in the spring of 2000 on the corner of Madison and Wells in Chicago, IL. Prior to launching Madison Wells, Alex was a Partner for 2 years at a start-up recruitment firm managing a national market research recruiting practice. Previous experience includes 10 years as Midwest Recruiting Manager leading a market research recruiting practice for a New York-based recruitment firm.

Beth Wilson is the Director of Recruitment Strategy at Madison Wells; she manages candidate sourcing initiatives, online marketing campaigns and communication plans. Prior to her recruiting career, Beth dedicated two years teaching in an under-served community through the accredited Teach For America program. She joined a start-up recruitment firm in 2010 managing a national market research recruiting business as well as launching an east-coast advanced analytics practice. Prior to joining Madison Wells in 2013, Beth worked in the compensation and recruitment departments for a manufacturing and IT services provider, specializing in sourcing and hiring executives across multiple disciplines at mid to senior levels.
Beth possesses a combination of corporate human resources and agency recruiting experience. She holds a CIR (Certified Internet Recruiter) certification.
